Agreta Foundation is an Non-Profit Organization. Established in the year 2015. Agreta Foundation is a grass root NGO working for the holistic development of society. We strongly believe in the principal "All humans deserve equal rights and opportunities in life. The organization works to enhances the lives of underprivileged families specially children and women with insufficient access to education and primary health care.

We focus on improving people's health and well-being. We seek to empower people especially those who have minimal access to resources - so that they have an opportunity to fulfil their dreams.

We are also promoting primary health facilities/creating awareness on Environment.

Polythene Ban Campaign

We started our journey in 2016 with Polythene Ban Campaign. Agreta distributed cloth bags and spread awareness of polythene bags disadvantages.

The aim to host such a session was to call for attention towards the global crisis for fresh air and pollution free India.

Menstral Hygiene Management Day


 This importent day was celebrated by Agreta On May 28th

In which training  of personal hygiene was provided to the adolescent and women of ragpickers area of chinhat in  Lucknow . Senitary pads and  iron, calcium tablets were distributed among them .

Corona Campaign

As COVID-19 is one of the biggest challenge in current scenario. To support the migrants from various location Agreta foundation distributed hygiene kit and lunch packets to support the migrants.

Kuda-Hatao Drive:

One of the drives by the Agreta foundation is the Kuda-hatao drive. The story started as one of our volunteers brought to our notice the piles of trash near a school in our area. We took it upon ourselves to get the trash removed from a place where children were exposed to massive amounts of trash on their daily commute to school. Near the area were also people living with their cattle which raised a concern for their health and wellness as well. The kuda hatao drive consisted of creating a report of the area and situation and contacting the concerned government authority for the same, followed by constant follow-ups. After 2 months, the area where the trash was collected was cleaned and following that, strict actions were taken by all the parties involved to keep that space clean and hygienic. Agreta foundation is still carrying on the Kuda-hatao drive covering all the areas around the town.

12 July : Paper Bag Day

It is celebrated on 12 July annually to make people aware of the pollution caused due to plastic and the serious threat that it poses to the natural environment. Plastic waste takes thousands of years to decompose. Therefore, it is important to understand the ill effects of single-use plastic bags. On this day Agrera Foundation distributed paper bags to small shopkeepers n vegetable vendors.
