We work towards socio-economic development, gender equality and democratic empowerment.
The Center for Health, Education,Training, Networking and Advocacy(CHETNA) organised in the year 1998 and registered in the year 2001 under the Societies Registration Act 1860, had its modest beginning as a grass root level Voluntary Development Organization(VDOs) working in the area of people centered development.The geographical area it chose to specially work covered the whole of India. socio-economic development, gender equality and democratic empowerment and have been serving the society without a stake.

Envisions in having emerged to build nation with the participation of youth and to serve the specific and growing needs of the society, in which down trodden people become self-supporting, self sustaining.
OUR MISSION
CHETNA 's mission has been to promote people-centered development through participation and sharing with focus on youth, women and children and deprived section of society.Over the years CHETNA 's mission has remained the same but not similar. Over the year of experiences and changing environment together have rubbed and sharpened it to be more penetrative, effective and equitive.

Sanitary Napkin Distribution
We distributed sanitary napkin to more than 100 women in nearby village and have promised them to help in future also.11-Jun-2021

We distributed more than 100 sanitizer to women of nearby area and aware them about the usage and how they can save the lives of their family from the dreadful corona virus10-May-2021
Corona awareness program
We have corona awareness program since 10th May 2021. Through the program, we will help individuals in rural areas with free mask, food and counselling.12-Nov-2020
Tailoring center
Participating in the inauguration ceremony of Kohinoor Sewing Training Center, Dr. Haribansh Tarun, President of Parliament of Indian Literature and Mr. Ajay Mishra, District Youth Coordinator of Nehru Yuva Kendra, Samastipur, trainees Amrita Sinha and Sameena Sarute Gul.DONATE NOW!
