About Us

Dharani Mahila Welfare Society

Working towards the overall development of women in the society

Dharani Mahila Welfare Society (DMWS) is a non-profit organisation established in the year 2021 to help women in rural India. We support widows and destitute single women and their children in Yeluru, West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh. Even if there are laws to protect widows and government-sanctioned pension schemes for widow welfare, most women are simply unaware of their rights. We works towards facilitating rights and dignity for widows, sex workers and other individuals who have sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).
