Ever Green Charitable Trust
Ever Green Charitable Trust is a nonprofit organization that provides training, income opportunities, awareness on various areas, and educational support to women and children across Tamil Nadu State and acts as a bridge between these women and the external market so that they can earn their independent income by themselves.

Our Programs
Skill training programme
To improve the skills and build confidence among the women in the village many skill development training was provided. Training like mushroom cultivation, masala making, etc was given.
Computer training programme
Computer training was provided to the students in the village to improve their knowledge and skills. It also helps them with job opportunities.
Awareness program for savings
To maintain proper savings regular awareness has been provided for the women in the village. It will help them attain financial sustainability and savings for the future.

Tailoring machine Distribution
Free Tailoring Machine Distribution Program, contributing to the empowerment and skill development of underprivileged communities. The initiative aimed to provide access to essential tools for individuals interested in pursuing a career in tailoring, thereby fostering economic independence and self-sufficiency. The beneficiaries of the Free Tailoring Machine Distribution Program were individuals, predominantly women, from low-income households who expressed an interest in learning and practicing tailoring skills. The selection process prioritized those with a genuine passion for the craft and a commitment to utilizing the machines for livelihood improvement. By providing essential tools and skills, the program not only empowered individuals but also contributed to the overall socioeconomic development of the community. Health & Hygiene awareness class
organized a comprehensive Health and Hygiene Awareness Class as part of their community outreach program. The event aimed to educate community members about essential health and hygiene practices to promote overall well-being. The class covered various topics, including personal hygiene, sanitation, nutrition, and disease prevention. The class attracted a diverse group of participants from the local community, including men, women, and children of different age groups. The NGO's inclusive approach ensured that the information reached a broad audience, contributing to the overall impact of the program. Detailed discussions were conducted on the significance of personal hygiene, covering topics such as handwashing, oral hygiene, and the importance of regular bathing. Practical demonstrations and interactive activities engaged participants in learning effective techniques. The class addressed common health issues prevalent in the community and provided information on preventive measures. Topics included vaccinations, vector-borne diseases, and the importance of regular health check-ups. The interactive nature of the sessions ensured that participants actively absorbed the information, promoting a positive impact on their daily practices. Republic Day Celebration
We celebrated Republic Day at the government school, Villupuram. On the same day, we planted trees and distributed meals to students.25-Jan-2023

To the children's in the village child rights and protection classes were provided. Also these things were spoken during the grama sabha meetings.

Kits were distributed with the necessary supplements during the covid period around the village. Necessary nutrients supplements were also included in the kits.
