About Us
Peace and Human Service Trust
It provides services in areas like women's empowerment, women's and children's welfare, HIV/AIDS prevention, and community development, education and poverty reduction.
A dedicated volunteer service group called the Peace and Human Service Trust (PHST) was founded in 2005. It has provided decades of outstanding service in the areas of TB Awareness, Women's Empowerment, Women's and Children's Welfare, HIV/AIDS Prevention, and Community Development and continues to strive towards the betterment of the society diligently. It puts a lot of effort into achieving its objectives and realising its mission and vision. We operate in the areas of Coimbatore district (12 blocks) including Valparai, 6 blocks in Nilgiri district and 8 blocks in Tirupur district. Our objectives are to reduce poverty of SC/ST and minority People, to improve health, education and community development and to have sustainable development in the society.

OUR VISION
To alleviate severe poverty and hunger, advance gender equality, give women more authority, and protect the environment. "Blossoming of power in every individual" to support local economic growth.
OUR MISSION
To aid in the process of improving the quality of life for marginalised groups, especially women and children, by collaborating with other development sectors and adopting a rights-based viewpoint in the fields of art, culture, and human development.

Community Development
1. Organising training sessions on constitutional rights and legal protections for employees, movement leaders, and community people. 2. Using legal rights to protect Arunthathiyar rights through awareness campaigns and training programs. 3. Organising meetings and plans for strengthening the SC, ST, and Minorities movement. 4. Planning educational and sharing trips that provide exposure.
Women Empowerment and Child Protection
1. Increasing awareness of gender inequality and injustices against women. 2. Using self-help organizations to carry out economic development initiatives and ensure the advancement of women's lives and livelihoods. 3. Promote education and the advancement of children's rights by guaranteeing a high standard of instruction, eliminating child labor, raising enrolment rates, and lowering dropout rates.

Awareness programs
1. Environmental awareness and natural resource conservation with community involvement and backing for local self-government. 2. A campaign against alcohol, in particular local opposition to country spirits. 3. Rejuvenation of indigenous and traditional identity and cultural regeneration. 4. Information recording, publication, and distribution. 5. Staff and federation leaders' capacity building. 6. Planning, monitoring, reporting, and sharing best practices. 7. Establishing a network with organizations that promote SC, ST, and minority rights.
