Since there are more poor in rural areas of Chitradurga, the NGO started this NGO to uplift the living conditions of the needy people through various programs. Also women empowerment is the main focus

Prasara Trust was founded in 2008 in Chitradurga district. The NGO focuses mainly on Women and Children empowerment. Health awareness programs and Education. As income generation activities Tailoring classes are being held . To support Educational activities stationery were supplied to rural school children. As support to elderly, Fruits ad Food was supplied to Old age homes. There are about 6000+ beneficiaries.
