Tenaple Environment Awareness And Motivation Trust (TEAM)
Tenaple Environment Awareness And Motivation Trust (TEAM) is a nonprofit organization established in 2004 at Coimbatore with the purpose of contributing towards poverty reduction in Coimbatore, Neelagiri, Erode, Tirupur, and Karur. The idea was to set up an organization that will understand the underlying issues and will collaboratively address them to maximize the impact at ground level.

OUR MISSION
To provide the basic needs of those, who can not provide for themselves and help them to become self-reliant and lead a decent life in dignity.
Our Programs
Poverty Eradication
Women’s poverty is related to the absence of economic opportunities, and lack of access to financial resources, including credit, land ownership, and inheritance. Women often take a back seat in the lack of access to education and support services and minimal participation in the decision-making process. So, we mainly focus on empowering women and helping them to become independent in the world. We organized many skill development and women empowerment awareness programs in Kuniyamuthur Village.

Women Rights
We are committed to advancing women's rights and ending inequality and violence against women and girls. On the one hand, we facilitate the empowerment of women survivors of violence and enable them to become self-confident, self-sufficient, and self-reliant. On the other, we generate discussion, debate, and action in society to challenge social norms, values, and systems that deem discrimination and violence against women and girls acceptable.

SOCIAL SERVICES SECTORS TEAM MEMBERS
Social service meeting was conducted by team members at Selam district, Tamil Nadu. In this meeting president is addressing men/women about social services to be taken care of.15-Mar-2024
Chai International Ngos Meet
The meeting was conducted for promoting water and sanitary health. The meeting was conducted in Kings International Medical Academy on 15 March 2024 from 9.00 am to 4:00 pm.29-Mar-2023
Team Meeting
On 29-03-2023, we organized a team meeting with our NGO staff. We discussed our upcoming project work.19-Feb-2023
SHG Meeting
Organized SHG meetings at 3 villages of Coimbatore. Through SHG groups we have reached 560 women.25-Jan-2023
Awareness Program
More than 40 complaints against "violence against women", 10 rape cases are registered every day, and 3 women are killed just because of dowry every 48 hours. It is to be considered that these facts are official and get registered in various police stations of the state every day. Hundreds of women, victims of violent persecution and outrage, don't even dare to come forward just because of family pressure, loss of shame amongst people, and threats in this male-dominated society and lose their identity in the darkness of anonymousness. We organized an awareness program on Stop Domestic Violence Against Women at Coimbatore. More than 20 women participated in this program.Our Impact
