About Us
VANANCHAL VIKAS PARISHAD
Our organization is determined to reach the benefits of government schemes to the people of remote and inaccessible rural areas of Jharkhand state, sustainable development of rural peoples is our aim.
Vananchal Vikas Parishad is a non-profit organisation established in the year 2008. We operate in the state of Jharkhand. We organise vocational training programs for self-employment and provide loans for business start-ups with low interest rates to reduce poverty. We also create awareness about girl child mortality in schools and educational institutions.
Our objective is to empower the backward communities in the society by various initiatives and ensure them to have sustainable livelihood.

Our Programs
Awareness about child rights and protection
Vananchal Vikas Parishad works for and with children, without distinction of religion, caste, creed, gender or social status. Our goal is to empower children to make changes, to drive change in practice and policy at various levels, to prepare children and communities to respond to crises and adversity, and to support safe and successful growth of children into adulthood.
Women empowerment

Book Distribution
Vananchal Vikas Parishad distributed book copies and other study material free of cost to poor orphan children in Ratu East Rural area, in which study material was provided to about 100 children.

SHG activity
SHGs offer poor women a platform for building solidarity. They allow women to come together and act on issues related to their own lives including health, nutrition, governance and gender justice. We conduct meetings with women to create awareness about the same.

VVP with Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority had conducted a two day training session to create awareness on the online legal services and management of the same for the staff.
