YOUTH ACTIVISTS FORUM (YAF)

<p><font face="Trebuchet MS, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px;">Youth Activists Forum Registered under Non-Governmental Organization was founded in 2011.&nbsp;</span></font></p><p><font face="Trebuchet MS, sans-serif"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px;">YAF’s focus has been on working with the rural and urban communities with participatory approaches to bring about quality improvement in the lives of the most underprivileged and disadvantaged. As per the mission statement of YAF all the efforts are geared towards strengthening people’s capacities and institutions to get their due share in every aspect of human existence. The thrust is on livelihood restoration, education, and peace-building measures apart from watershed-related activities in the rural areas. An attempt is to demonstrate that the local institutions can manage their resources and livelihood options effectively and efficiently with appropriate support. Networking and alliance building is sought for reaching these aims.</span><br></font><br></p>
