Mr. Umaram V Jere is the President of the organisation .He was born on the 20th of March ,1955 at Bagalkot. He completed his B.Com graduation and works as a bank employee at Canara Bank.He is now a retired person and spends most of his time at the organization.
Mahadev Dikshith
Vice President
Mr. Mahadev Dikshith is the Vice President of the organisation .He was born on 1st of May 1958 at Bagalkot. He has completed post graduation in MA, Sociology and he worked as a professor at Government College . He is now retired and spends most of the time at SEARCH organization.
Mr. Venktesh Mukhe

Mr Venktesh Mukhe is the director as well as the secretory of the organization. He was born on 24th February ,1970 at Raichur. He has completed his graduation in BA, NFE in Social Science. He now works as a social worker.

Miss. Anusha P Masudi is a member of theorganization .She works as a principal at Arunodaya Paramedical College,Bagalkot .She has been working in the development of the SEARCH organization from past two years.
Mr. Keshav Kandakur

Mr. Keshav Kandakur is a board member of the organization. He was born on 22nd July 1978 at Kerur, Bagalkot district. He has completed his graduation in B.Sc and he works as a social worker. He has now been working for the development of the SEARCH organization.
Miss Sujata Kore

Ms. Sujata Kore completed her graduation in BA. LLB and now works as an advocate practice in Bagalkot Court . Her knowledge and service towards the organization is commendable.
