To be women empowerment the Education of poor Dalit family, Skill Training for poor women Health and social economic Development of the sustainable society.
The main target group is poor children, destitute women, widows, SHG members and the community people. All the activities were carried out with these people in the village.

To work on empower and development of women and children in all aspects.
OUR MISSION
To bring equality in their rights and responsibilities and also to empower them by promoting their standard of health and education.
Our Programs
Education for Dalit family
Main focus were given for the dalit family as they were ignored by the society. Proper studying method and other facilities were provided for them.
Skill training for Women
To empower the women and make them financially independent many skill development training were provided for them on a regular basis. The main target were given for the women who are married and does not have any job opportunities.
SHG Formation
Women self help group were formed in the focus of improving their standard of living and making them financially independent. Their way of savings were also improved and also it helps them in any emergency of cash/ financial.
Child health promotion and awareness programs
Free medical camps and health awareness classes were provided for the children in and around the village. The school students were mainly targeted as there health condition is shown as weak in the survey.

Health & Hygiene awareness class
The primary objectives of the health and hygiene awareness program includes, raising awareness about the importance of health and hygiene, educating communities on proper hygiene practices and disease prevention, implementing practical solutions to improve sanitation and hygiene infrastructure. The NGO has organized numerous workshops and seminars to educate communities about the significance of maintaining good health and hygiene practices. Topics covered include handwashing, sanitation, nutrition, and disease prevention. By combining education, infrastructure development, and community engagement, the organization is contributing to the overall well-being of individuals and fostering a culture of health and hygiene.14-Mar-2015
Awareness campaigns
The organization have taken various steps to provide information and also to educate the people about their rights. Campaigns for women labor rights and against domestic violence were conducted.

Women Coaching classes
To improve the educational status of the women in the village evening coaching classes were provided. It has arranged as per the availability of the women in the village since they all dependent on daily wages.
