‘SHREE SWASTIK WOMEN YOUTH & RURAL DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY’ has been formed and registered under the society registration act, Govt. of Karnataka. Since the formation of the organization, it has been started a few development activities in the area to serve the people of the area.
Our main focus right from the beginning was the Empowerment of the Village people with special reference to Education, Skill Development and health promotion, livelihood development, environment promotion, and support of basic urgent services to our target area people tapping resources from various agencies.
The organization started Education and health-related activities for the welfare of society. Initially, we have been faced local problems, but these constraints, however, could not daunt us though the progress was slow at times. To accomplish the mission of the organization we have to bear the burden of our responsibility, especially the financial one. But we have got the corporation from all most all quarters, particularly the young workers discharging their duties for the betterment of humanity.

OUR VISION
Promote a society with prosperity and peace through education, skill development, income generation, environment promotion, and brotherhood.
OUR MISSION
Promote education for the children joyful learning method; provide skill training for 5000 youth and 5000 women for employment and self-employment in the coming five years time to develop their full potential and to make them empowered and productive citizens.
Our Programs
CHILDREN AND YOUTH DEVELOPMENT
With structure and support, young people can successfully attain relevant and appropriate developmental milestones. Child and youth well-being is attainable through fostering positive development, beginning in the earliest years of life. So we have a yearlong program on children and youth development to enhance their potential.
CARRIER AND MOTIVATION SEMINAR WITH YOUTHS
This year we have organized one Carrier and Motivation Seminar with Youths to inculcate their carrier opportunities. The carrier development issues, preparation, and training for carrier development have been discussed. A total of 32 youths attended the program.
HEALTH AND EDUCATION AWARENESS
Our organization has organized a number of health and education awareness programs in our target area during this year 2021. Total coverage for both the programs is about 200 people. Those participants are aware of both the issues which impacted their lives.
SKILL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING
Skill development training has been one of the main objectives of our organization. Since its inception, the task of training has been arranged for different trades. It has successfully trained hundreds of Youth and Women in trades like Tailoring, Beauty Parlour, Computer, and so on.
